4 BR cape cod, paid 10k, another 10k in repairs, rented for $750,
got a new 1st mortgage for $42,000. I now enjoy a positive
cash flow of $265. a month plus the $22,000 tax free I got from the
refinance. It works! Just like you said! Thanks for giving me a new
life! I now have 2 more deals under contract....

Dear Allen,
I can not thank you enough. I have completed

for $150,000 and got what
you call $70,000+ in a "tax free' profit"!
