you feel good
about your profit.
You tell us what rate of return you would need to feel good about
this investment, how much money
you have available, and we’ll
contact you when we have a deal for you.
You’ll decide at that time whether or not to move forward.
- Your money could be
invested minimally for a day, (on a quick wholesale transaction) and
on the average, 3 to 6 months.
- Or if you prefer to
have your investment continuous then an escrow could be set up
between property acquisitions.

available to invest. There is no obligation! When an investment opportunity arises,
we email, fax, or call you the particulars on the specific deal. You then
decide if your in position to respond and if so what terms (rate of
