Purpose:

  • Experienced investors to network with people anxious to learn and find deals that can be 
    brought to them for consideration. Team up with real estate scouts to locate deals for you.

  • To create an environment for new investors to receive encouragement and motivation

  • Network with others to refer deals for a fee, or find financing

  • Continue to learn

  • Participate in game sessions of "The Virtual Reality of Real Estate Investing" for;

                         * continuing education - practice analyzing 
                            the numbers to determine a good deal
                         * investing experience virtually, making real world easier
                         * developing negotiating skills
                         * developing more creativity
                         * confidence
                         * over coming the fear factor
                         * having networking opportunities finding financial partners
                            and real estate scouts
                         * an interactive, progressive experience, it's on going, stays with and never leaves you

These support groups once established can be developed into real estate investment clubs.
