Part of my incentive to create an army of students making deals, is that some of you will bring deals to me. I have students doing that currently. Some I joint venture in, some I pay a finders fee for, and others I use my network to provide a financial partner for the student. I have money available all over the U.S. and perhaps even internationally. It depends on the deal and circumstances.
